Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (XCorez OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, Telephone number: +49 151 25879258, Email address: info@xcorez.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Reasons for expiration

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of digital content not on a physical data carrier, which obliges the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer:

1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins to fulfil the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and

2. has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires with his consent when the contract begins to be fulfilled and

3. the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest when the digital content not on a physical data carrier is made available:

in which the content of the contract is reproduced and

on which it is recorded that the consumer has expressly agreed before the contract is fulfilled that the entrepreneur begins to fulfil the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal with his consent when the contract begins to be fulfilled.
